UK Deliveries
FREE UK standard shipping on orders over £200

Next Day delivery - £6.00

Saturday delivery - £20.00

Orders need to be received by 12pm so they can be processed for delivery. Orders received after the cut off time will be sent out the next working day. A signature is required upon receipt. You will receive a tracking number once your order is processed.

Standard and DHL Express shipping options are available.

Please note that from the 1st July 2021 all EU orders over 135.00 euro may be subject to 20% local VAT, which will also be the responsibility of the customer.

International Customs & Taxes
Please note that any orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to local customs, duties and taxes. The customer is fully responsible for these charges. For more information on this before ordering please consult your local customs authority. Customs, duties and taxes are non-refundable by Black & Brown if you chose to return your item(s) for any reason. If you choose to reject your parcel from customs, you will be liable for the return delivery fee back to Black & Brown in the UK.

Tracking Your Order
Please note that your order will be processed within 24-48 hours for shipment once payment and delivery details have been approved. If we are unable to for any reason fulfil your order in this time period (excluding Pre-Order items) then we will contact you to let you know our earliest possible shipment date. Should the delay be unacceptable to you then we will of course immediately issue you a full refund.

We ship our orders with Royal Mail, DPD, and DHL Express. You will be provided with the tracking number by email. You should receive up to date tracking movements on your order via email and text. If you have any issues with your tracking and the parcel not moving for any DPD or DHL Express international orders please notify us immediately so that we can help to resolve the issue. We are only given a short window of 7 working days to report issues to couriers from the shipment date who will need to liaise with the international counter party courier for updates. Please note that Royal Mail shipments can take up to 14 working days to deliver.

Missing Shipments
If your parcel does not arrive within the expected time frame, please notify us as quickly as possible within 24 hours of the delivery being taken place as we do not receive tracking updates on the shipments, only customers receive these notifications from the nominated courier. Failure to do so affects our ability to trace the parcel as we are given a very short window with the courier. 

Stolen Shipments
It is the customers responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address and place of delivery. You will receive notifications from DPD/Royal Mail/DHL with delivery notifications where you will be given options for your delivery if you are not home to receive it. Black & Brown is not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels once an order has been delivered to the nominated address. 

Please note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
